Andrew Geller, Ph.D. is a licensed psychologist working in Newton, Mass., a suburb of Boston. He has been a professional member of RESOLVE for several years, and is a member of the American Psychological Association and the Mass. Psychological Association.
Dr. Geller works with individuals and couples who face a wide range of issues related to infertility and family creation choices. He has had personal experience with both assisted reproductive technologies as well as adoption.
Over the past couple of years, he has also been involved screening surrogates and gestational carriers who have been matched with intended parents through Dr. Angela Figueroa's program, New England Surrogate Parenting Advisors, Inc. (NESPA). Dr. Geller also runs an information and support group for surrogates, gestational carriers, and intended parents.
Dr. Geller's areas of expertise include psychotherapy, consultation, couples therapy, mind/body interventions, as well as sex therapy. He also teaches and is a clinical supervisor.
