Handling more than 300 surrogacy and egg donor matters each year, we have uniquely qualified attorneys capable of providing comprehensive legal and counseling services to couples utilizing third party reproductive technologies to begin their families. We have represented hundreds of couples from more than twenty five countries throughout the world who have used surrogacy and/or egg donation as a solution to infertility. Some of the services we provide to assist our clients include: counseling couples, surrogates and egg donors on the state of the law with respect to the different reproduction methods available; drafting of contract(s) between the couple and their surrogate and/or egg donor; and assisting couples in finalizing their parental rights.

Education:
Mr. Vorzimer attended Harvard University; University of Miami (B.B.A., 1985); and Whittier College School of Law (J.D. Magna Cum Laude, 1988). While at Whittier College School of Law, Mr. Vorzimer was a recipient of American Jurisprudence Awards in Torts, Criminal Law, Legal Process, Constitutional Law, Unfair Trade Practices and Remedies.

He was also the recipient of the Corpus Juris Secundum Award and was an Externalized Member of Whittier Moot Court Honors Board where he was awarded Best Oral Advocate & Best Team in the Whittier Moot Court Honors Board Internal Competition. Mr. Vorzimer also was the Executive Editor of the Whittier Law Review. Mr. Vorzimer was as a Teaching Assistant at the Whittier College School of Law from 1986-1988.

Activities:
Mr. Vorzimer serves as a Moot Court Judge for the Whittier College School of Law, UCLA, Traynor and American Trial Lawyers Competitions. Mr. Vorzimer also serves on James Publishing's Editorial Advisory Board for California Causes of Action.

Publications:
Contributing Author: Consents and Contracts, "Principles of Oocyte and Embryo Donation"; Insurance Handbook for Business Litigators; CEB Civil Procedure Before Trial; and the Insurance Handbook for Litigators. Mr. Vorzimer has authored the following articles: "Workplace Environment: Sexual Harassment"; "Business & Professions Code Section 17200: California's Unfair Competition Law - Parts I & II"; "Sexual Harassment: Increase in Claims Strikes Fear in Employers"; and "Hostile Work Environment Claims Have Employers On the Defensive".

David Copperfield vs. Butterfield & Butterfield; Elizabeth Taylor vs. The National Enquirer; Estate of Howard Hughes vs. Summa Corporation; and the professional liability portion of the Twilight Zone case.
