Starting in 1990, Mr. Pinkerton's firm has evolved into what is now a practice devoted solely to infertility clients. His practice includes representation of couples, surrogates, and egg donors in the drafting of the assisted reproduction agreements. Mr. Pinkerton's firm also provides a full service legal surrogacy practice including representation of clients in court to obtain paternity and maternity judgments from the Family Law Court resulting in the intended parents names on the original birth certificate at the time of birth. Finally, he and his wife maintain an on-line, private egg donation registry for infertile couples desiring to match their family traits of high scholastic achievement.

Please feel free to contact Mr. Pinkerton for questions, comments, or information regarding assisted reproduction related legal services or the new on-line egg donor database.
