Harold S. Eskin has been practicing law in the State of Florida for ten (10) years. His field of practice is varied, concentrating on areas of family law, surrogacy and reproductive law, real estate, corporate and business law, civil litigation and estate and family planning. Mr. Eskin also serves as a Special Hearing Master for the 20th Judicial Circuit Court in Lee County, Florida and is a Certified Family Law Mediator.
Mr. Eskin was raised in the Cleveland, Ohio area and received a BSBA in Accounting from Boston University and Juris Doctor degree from University of Pittsburgh.
Mr. Eskin is licensed in both the states of Florida and Pennsylvania and is authorized to practice in the Middle and Southern Districts of the Federal Courts in Florida and in the military courts of the United States Armed Forces (having practiced for five (5) years on active duty in the Judge Advocate Generals Corps of the United States Navy).
Mr. Eskin, along with Dr. Craig R. Sweet, a board certified Reproductive Endocrinologist, developed the only surrogacy program in Southwest Florida.
Mr. Eskin is involved in various civic organizations including Rotary (current president), serves as president of a local non-profit retirement community, is active in religious organizations and is a founder and president of a new non-profit 401 (c) (3) organization called THE HOPE FOUNDATION, INC. THE HOPE FOUNDATION was developed to assist couples having infertility problems and frequent pregnancy loss deal with the emotional, education and financial challenges associated with these problems.
