Education:
Ms. Erickson attended University of Hawaii at
Manoa (B.A., Summa Cum Laude): and University of San Diego School of Law
(J.D.). While at the University of
Hawaii, Ms. Erickson was granted membership in Phi Beta Kappa, Phi Kappa Phi,
and the Golden Key National Honor Society. She
also served as a Graduate Research Assistant and a Political Science 110
Instructor. While at the University
of San Diego School of Law, Ms. Erickson was awarded the Advanced Trial Advocacy
Award of Distinction. She also
served as the Director of Finance for Women's
Law Caucus and served on the board of the Pro Bono Legal Aide Society.
Memberships:
Ms. Erickson is a member of the San Diego and
Orange County Bar Associations, including the Family Law Sections, the State
Bars of California and Iowa, including the Family Law and Reproductive Law
Sections and the American Bar Association, including the Family Law and
Reproductive Law Sections.
Ms Erickson is also an honorary member of Resolve, ASRM, and AIA.

History:
Ms Erickson served as a U.S. Marine Corps Staff Judge Advocate from 1994 to
1997; she also was appointed as a San Diego Deputy City Attorney form 1997 to
1999.

Areas:
Ms. Erickson's customary fields of
practice are third party reproduction including surrogacy, egg donation and
embryo donation and independent adoptions, including birth mother outreach and
support.
