Gamete:
The male or female reproductive cells-the sperm or the egg (ovum).
Genes:
Substances that convey hereditary characteristics. They consist primarily of DNA and proteins and they occur at specific points on the chromosomes.
Gestation:
This is the period of fetal development in the uterus from conception to birth, usually considered to be forty weeks in humans.
Gestational Carrier:
A woman who serves as a "host uterus", who Surrogacy gestates an embryo which is not genetically relate to her, and then relinquishes the child to its genetic parents.
Gland:
This is a hormone producing organ.
