When couples come to The Mother Goose Connection, it represents the end of the road in their fertility treatment. Most have been through years of heartbreaking disappointment and have spent thousands and thousands of dollars on their dream of having a baby.
Surrogacy is their last hope and is an option they never thought they would have to resort to. It comes as no surprise that couples are very vulnerable at this stage and also very easily taken advantage of.
When The Mother Goose Connection was in its planning stages, our director Colleen Holmes had just given birth to her first surrogate baby. She wanted The Mother Goose Connection to be able to provide a level of service and compassionate care to couples and surrogate mothers alike that would rival the largest of agencies, while at the same time, maintaining a personal approach and atmosphere. Through her own experience with surrogacy, Colleen truly understands what a tremendous leap of faith it takes to pursue parenting in this way.
At the Mother Goose Connection, we are willing to work with couples who have exhausted their finances on their own cycles of treatment. While we canžt change the fees of the medical and legal professionals involved in third party parenting, we will do everything in our power to make it more affordable. We welcome couples who have found their own surrogate mother and just need some guidance, or we can help couples find a wonderful surrogate mother through our advertising and screening process.
