| Our article submission guidelines We ask that all work that is electronically
published on our site be copywritten for The American
Surrogacy Center,
Inc. (TASC) for sole electronic publication. As the author
of the article, you have our permission to reproduce the
article for your own purposes but ask that it only be electronically
published on our site on the worldwide web at www.surrogacy.com. Should
you want to add this content to your own website, we ask
that you link to the article on the TASC. Should at any time
we find that any article that has been specifically written
for www.surrogacy.com and it's site viewers be given to any
other website on the internet for electronic publishing we
will remove the article from our site.
Additionally, TASC will have the authority to grant permission
to reprint or quote from the article by the news media, school
use, government officials, and any other person who contacts
our site for reprint purposes. In the cases of the media,
if the reporter is interested in additional information from
author, we will coordinate the contact so that the author
can be included in press articles about the topics of surrogacy,
egg donation, or embryo adoption.
Finally, we ask that all articles that are submitted to
our site be instructive, informative or informational in
nature. TASC will not publish any articles which appear self-serving
or commercially promotional for any firm or individual.
Steps To Article Submission for WWW.SURROGACY.COM:
1.) First we ask that you go to the articles section of
our site (can be accessed from the homepage) and scan the
topics that we have covered and send an email to us with
two(2)suggested titles and a two or three sentence overview
about the topic as to what it would cover.
2.) Email the two (2) article suggestions to us at surrogacydotcom@gmail.com and we will review the suggested articles in our staff meeting
and respond back to you within 2 days as to the one that
best suits our needs for the site.
3.) We will notify you of the topic that we have chosen and
ask that you write the article and email it to us for review
within three (3) weeks of the time that your topic has been
confirmed. You should send your article as a WORD document
email attachment with the formatting in place for how you
would like the article to appear on the site (I.E. footnotes,
quotes, underlining, etc.) Your article should be sent as
the email attachment to surrogacydotcom@gmail.com .
4.) Additionally, we ask that you fax us a hard copy of the
article at the same time so that we can insure that nothing
is lost in the email transfer. Fax your article to the attention
of Carole Arnold, TASC, at 770-426-1305.
5.) Once we have received and reviewed the article for electronic
publication, we will contact you if there are any areas of
the article that we would like to discuss with you for more
clarification. Otherwise, the article will appear
on the site within 5 days of submission. It will be linked
in the Articles section
under the category topic of interest.
6.) In recognition for your contribution to our site, we
will electronically publish your bio and contact information
along with your article for a minimum period of six (6) months
for our site viewers. Please submit your bio of 250 words
or less along with your full contact information as it should
appear on the site along with your article.
7.) TASC has the right to determine how long the article
will be available on our site.
